Robin G. DeShields is the Professional Revenue Cycle Business Partner for AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center of Atlantic City, New Jersey. It is the region’s largest health care organization and largest non-casino employer. In that role, she is responsible for aligning finance and revenue cycle strategy with operations for specific partnerships. She is also responsible for providing continuous improvement input by using lean methodologies and deploying developmental programs in conjunction with other revenue cycle activities to create Revenue Cycle Operations Excellence. She successfully implemented the Ingenious Med Application at Virtua Medical Group and for the past 5 years has continued to utilize the application at AtlantiCare Physicians Group with much success.

Community Health Systems
Ms. Wright has been working in healthcare for over 35 years, starting in billing anesthesia claims. She has worked as a manager or director of different central billing offices and or clinic operations during her career. Employed by Community Health Systems for almost 15 years, Ms. Wright has had experience deploying Ingenious Med in numerous CHS physician practices for over a decade. She has been responsible for overseeing physician training on Ingenious Med and now also serves as the CHS Liaison between all CHS clinics and Ingenious Med.
Director Product Management
Chris has been with Ingenious Med for two years and currently a director of product management focusing on product delivery and roadmap execution. His role also involves pricing considerations and as Go-To-market strategies for new feature roll out. Prior to joining Ingenious Med, Chris held a variety of roles at AT&T encompassing sales, network real estate, corporate strategy and business development.
Chris holds an MBA in Operations from Vanderbilt University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering.
