Webcast: Telehealth Solutions to Enable Patient-First Hybrid Care
May 13th, 2021 at 1:00PM ET

Telehealth adoption soared during the coronavirus pandemic, along with patient satisfaction with telehealth solutions. Almost 80 percent of people who used telehealth during this period reported patient satisfaction, and over 70 percent expect to access virtual care post-pandemic. And those numbers will grow as telehealth becomes a more integrated part of the standard care management process. Medical practices need to ensure that hybrid care ― which mixes in-person and virtual care ― is a natural part of the process.
In this webcast, learn how health systems can now deploy patient-first telehealth experiences on the AWS Cloud to create a seamless experience that welcomes and guides patients from discovery of health services through discharge and follow-up, whether they engage through a website, call center, patient portal or physical door.
